A standing monthly sounding board for owners who want financial performance questions answered before they become expensive mistakes.
How the retainer works
You hold a defined block of hours each month for questions that sit between the accountant’s compliance work and the loneliness of owner decisions: pricing changes, hiring, drawings, debt, or whether a new contract is actually profitable.
Unused hours do not roll indefinitely; we keep the retainer sized to real use. Urgent matters outside the block are quoted separately.
Typical rhythm
- One scheduled session per month
- Ad-hoc review of short packs or proposals within the hour bank
- Optional attendance at a quarterly owner meeting
Pricing
From NZD 1,800 per month, scoped after a Financial Performance Review or an equivalent discovery conversation.
